You are solely responsible for the security of your account. The following rules apply in this regard:

• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are personally responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• If any information provided at registration changes (such as phone number or email), the account must be updated promptly.
• 77aj will never ask for your password via email or chat.

77aj offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to all bonuses:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance will be ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Some games may contribute fully or partially — or not at all — to wagering calculations. Please read the details of each promotion.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions — please read the offer details carefully.
• 77aj reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus is being abused.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, the same IP address, or household members using the same method will be considered fraudulent activity.

You must not do any of the following while using the 77aj platform:

• Creating or operating an account using false, misleading or someone else's identity.
• Using artificial bets or coordinated strategies to exploit the bonus or promotions system (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using software bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Using 77aj as a channel for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Behaving in a disrespectful, threatening or offensive manner toward other users, staff or the support team.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice, and the balance may be forfeited.

77aj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If an account was created using false information.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.
• If you yourself request that the account be closed.

If there are any outstanding valid bets at the time of account closure, 77aj will settle them in accordance with applicable policy. Valid balances will be returned if no evidence of fraud is found.

77aj believes that betting should be a form of entertainment. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

• Do not place bets beyond your means.
• Do not think of betting as a source of income.
• You can contact our support team to set a temporary break or limit on your own account.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, please seek professional help.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 77aj and you.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid by a court, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
• Waiver: If 77aj does not enforce a condition in a particular case, that does not mean the same condition will be waived in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party.
• Language: These Terms and Conditions are prepared in the Bengali language. The Bengali version will be considered authoritative for any interpretation.
